DEAL EXECUTION · 0:33

Deal Intake Agent

Read. Extracted. Filed. Logged. A banker teaser becomes a checked CRM record inside your Outlook, SharePoint and CRM, with one approval before anything is written.

Financials, sector, and banker details extracted from the teaser and checked against your pipeline. One approval, and it’s in your CRM.

What the video shows

  1. A banker’s teaser for Project Larkspur lands in the deals inbox, with the teaser attached as a PDF.
  2. The agent reads the email and its attachment, and recognises the teaser.
  3. It extracts the deal’s details from the teaser and the banker’s email: codename, sector, bank and banker.
  4. It proposes four writes and asks for one approval by email: the CRM deal, the banker’s contact (matched to an existing record), a SharePoint deal room with the six standard folders, and the teaser filed under Process & Bid Letters. Nothing is written until you approve.
  5. One click approves all four.
  6. The CRM record is created and marked with who approved it. Each write is logged in an approval journal and can be undone.
  7. The deal room’s six folders are created and the teaser is filed.
