Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information Hurdle Advisory ("Hurdle," "we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only. Client engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- What you send us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your work email address and anything else you choose to include in your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, schedule a call, and discuss whether and how we might work together. We use technical data only to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you — for example, our website host and our email provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing jlo@hurdleadvisory.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those rights and will respond to verified requests.
How we protect it
We limit access to the information you send us and rely on established providers with their own security practices to host the site and handle email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
