What the video shows

  1. An Excel conference tracker keeps its own list of events, from your inbox and the web: dates, city, source, whether you went last year, and the attendee list.
  2. Every month, a note lists the conferences on your radar in the next 30 days.
  3. In your AI assistant, a pre-loaded Conference Prep skill takes a conference’s attendee list and recommends who to meet: ten to meet and fourteen as backups, ranked from online research and your CRM.
  4. Outreach to the ten is drafted in your voice and waits in Drafts. You press send.
  5. When someone replies, it drafts the meeting invite. You send it.
  6. You walk in with the meetings on your calendar.
